Sleepy Time

Good morning all! It's 5:00 a.m. here and the mornings just get earlier and earlier! I'm trying to train my body to wake up 15 minutes earlier every morning with the idea that I go to bed earlier, which will help me the night before the race (I plan on getting up around 4:00 a.m. this Sunday so I need to go to bed around 8:00!). Okay, okay, I know this is a tad overboard but can't you tell I'm doing everything in my power to make this Sunday a success and not a total flop?
And, a bit of good news for all you worriers out there (including me). My husband announced the other night that he has decided to stay with me through the entire race instead of finishing his race and then coming back to get me towards the end. He wants to make sure I'm okay and said he will do anything along the way that I need him to (carry my phone, my Gatorade, etc.). I wonder if this includes strapping me to his back and carrying me most of the way....probably not.
