I Never Thought I'd Say This...

...but you can now find me on Twitter!

Check me out...I have followers, and am following, some great and interesting people!

Just finished an awesome 2-mile run...This is my first time to run later in the evening and I really like it (morning is too scary and I'm constantly looking over my shoulder, right after work it's too hot...this is just perfect!).

Still holding steady at the 24 lb. mark. I seem to have been at this plateau forever! Any suggestions?

And on a totally random note, happy Aggie football season! Whoop!

  1. Isn't the evening lovely?! And it HAS been cooler the past couple of nights, which has been nice. Though I've probably just jinxed the rest of the week...
My cousin the trainer says whenever you've hit a plateau, then you need a change-up... go for a bike ride, or swim, or play racquetball once a week... something that changes up the movements you're body has gotten used to doing... it's worth a try. Plus, you can dig out those old science lab goggles that you never thought you'd use again. Hot!

  2. I was gonna say up the person above me said...You got to change up your routine. Instead of running for distance try running sprints and different ways to build up your speed. It will help your muscles develop more complete. Try swimming, basketball...just something active for an hour or so. Try lifting wieghts, while you may not be interested in just lifting weights it will build you core muscles.
